Best Months to Visit
Location and Tips
Start of the walk is in the small village of Arnisdale marked with a sign. You have to stick to the path since there are no other signs, however, the way is easy to find. Be careful since the last part of the path is almost a scramble. There is a small lake in the col where you have to take the very steep path with awesome views. The very top is a great viewpoint. If you are fit, you can make it to the top in just two hours. I recommend taking the second path on the way down. You will get great views to the west. Beinn Sgritheall is 974 meters high and is one of the Munros. I would recommend to walk it in good visibility to ease the navigation.
There are some other hiking trails nearby. The most enjoyable is The Five Sisters of Kintail or The Saddle.
